RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Please note that Moonbird garments are handmade and that all prints are either screen or block printed by hand while some fabrics are hand loomed. This means that there may be small inconsistencies in colour, shape, print or other elements within your order. We celebrate these inconsistencies as part of enjoying handmade products and we hope that you will too.

We hope you're completely satisfied with your Moonbird garment however, if you need a different size or suspect a fault, please email us at birdy@moonbird.com.au within 21 days. We'll send you the address to return your unworn, unwashed garment, with tags still attached.

Exchange:
We're more than happy to provide an exchange of size if your original order did not fit. You'll need to cover the cost of the postage back to us and we'll pay to have your new size shipped back to you.

Faults:
We offer a full refund or exchange for all garments if by chance they're faulty and all of your postage costs will be refunded.

International Exchanges:
Size exchanges will be sent once weekly in a bulk shipment at our cost. If you require your exchange urgently, we can arrange this at a cost of $20.
